Moderators and groups

supports user groups with multiple group moderators, users with account can belong to several groups if they have an account (user without account only with invitation by the host in the respective room), groups with moderator and group administrators and persistent group rooms next to the public spaces generally accessible to normal users with account

Moderators need account (depending on the configuration of Jitsi- account, SAML account, OpenID- Connect account or LDAP, we use OpenID- Connect) to open moderated rooms, users can be grouped by moderators in breakout / separate rooms

Moderated / unmoderated rooms

Group rooms are moderated (host presence is then necessary) and redeemed possible, normal users need an invitation by a moderator or an account and the group membership

Moderated (presenter presence is then necessary) rooms are only possible with present moderator, can also be protected with password access and / or lobbying function, normal users do not need an account, but in lobbying protected rooms the consent of the moderator to join the room

Room types

Various room types (presentation, conference, interview and others) are available (as group rooms, public rooms or private rooms, moderated or unmoderated), other room types can be defined if necessary

A single room type, but with optional temporary breakout rooms / separate rooms for group work to be defined by the moderator
